Wuju Trials is separate from RiftGabster's store. Waitlist signup does not create a player account or share your address with the store.

The launch waitlist

With your permission, we store your email address, subscription status, consent version and signup/confirmation timestamps to send Wuju Trials launch and early-access updates. Joining requires explicit consent and email confirmation. We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Turnstile for signup verification, and Resend for confirmation delivery.

Accounts and practice

When you sign in with Discord or Google, we store your provider identifier, display name, avatar, email if supplied, session and provider credentials required by sign-in. We also store your answers, completion times, XP, streaks and app role. Guest practice uses a secure session cookie with a one-day lifetime and does not earn saved XP. App roles and account sessions are independent of RiftGabster and Discord community roles.

Retention and your choices

You can unsubscribe through the link in your confirmation email. Pending addresses and unsubscribed records are removed after 30 days by the scheduled cleanup job. Delivery payloads are cleared seven days after becoming terminal. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe, request removal, or the launch waitlist ends. Account and practice records remain while your account is active; contact us to request account access or removal.

Security and access

Subscriber addresses are available only through protected team administration and the service providers operating signup. We do not publish subscriber lists, sell email addresses, or use advertising analytics. Confirmation links contain purpose-specific tokens; visiting a link alone does not change your subscription. Necessary cookies support sign-in and guest practice.
